Wierd windows error at startup

Hi,
I'm not sure what's changed, as I reverted using system restore to the last good config, but I still get this error message at startup, and at random times as well:
The title of the bar says: "Microsoft ADO/RDS"
Message says: "This page accesses data on another domain. Do you want to allow access?"
"To avoid getting this message....you can add a website to your trusted sites"

What's weird is I get this at startup, and then none of my startup programs load, like there's just the volume control in the tray. Also my AIM doesn't work, as in i double click the icon, and nothing happens, doesn't appear in the task manager for even a second.

Any thoughts?
