I just finished building a system for a friend of mine and its making an odd sound. Its a high pitched, inconsistent ringing. The strangest part is that it makes the noise along with LAN activity. At first I thought it might be the hard drive, but it didn't sync up with the HD LED, and then thought it was a fan, but it wasn't really a whine but more of a feedback type of noise. Then I noticed that it would start and stop along with the LAN activity LED. I still can't tell exactly where its coming from though.

Specs are:
Chaintech 7nil1(using onboard sound and LAN)
Barton 2500
512 MB corsair value RAM
Radeon 9200
WD 80 gig HD
Lite-on CD-RW/DVD-ROM
InWin SFF case with 180 Watt PSU (yeah, little power supply, but it seems to get the job done for a little system)

Any ideas?
