Why are integrated gfx not good for OCing?

I have heard that ppl using integrated graphics can't overclock as well as people with an actoul gfx card why is this?

I believe this is a good section since most all barebones and mATX mobos come with onboard gfx . Onboard gfx isnt good for overclocking because its not powerful enough to yield good results. Most of the reason why people dont use the onboard stuff. Most people who use onboard use it because they dont oc' or game.
