I think the fact that the PS3 is practically impossible to get your hands right now on only makes this white PS3 mod that much cooler. It’d look pretty slick side by side with a black Xbox 360 wouldn’t it? Hit the link for a complete “how to”.
 
$3000!?!??!?!

Wow.

...no thanks, the paint job is still AMAZINGLY cool (looks factory) but $3,000 is absolutely insane for any PS3.

One can do anything if they have that kind of shop available to them.
I wouldnt pay 300 dollars for the PS3.
XBox 360 + Wii, FTW.
Yes, the guy did a real nice job on the paint. I sure couldnt do it. :D

The local walmart has some(or had a few days ago).

And I saw one at Shopko in the after noon 2-3 weeks ago.

Just saying, it's easy as hell to get one if you want to...not that many people do...but I am just saying.

Now the Wii is nearly impossible to get here...it always seems that anything I want is impossible to find, and anything that many other people say is in huge demand is sitting on shelves around my area. :(

Cool paint job, looks like it came right out of the factory.

The PS3 is hardly impossible to get your hands on though. Every store I've went to that carries them had at least 10 on the shelf and the stores were loaded with people. The $600 price tag is just too damn much for the average joe it seems.
 
so... if I get my paint and body guy to paint my ps3 for me it could mean mad $$$?

That is a sweet looking PS3, bu theyare not that hard to get, I have had 3 chances to get a 60 GB....
