Which X1900XT to get?

Same brands. If im not going to OC (I want to keep my warranty), and am interested in looks, should i go for the ICE Q3 version?

Are there any performance differences that im not seeing?

The biggest difference will be the amount of noise from the cards cooler. The IceQ is supposingly the most efficient and quiet solution. That's why i ordered the IceQ. I figured for only like $20 more i get a quieter card....

I appreciate it, but tax in CA brings that bugger back up to about 402$. Besides, why go Sapphire (which sounds somewhat like a lower end card manufacturer), when you can pay $20 more to receive a very nice card with great cooling.
