I got a replacement antec powersupply and a replacement asus mobo. I got everything working and noticed that the mobo said the 5v was at 4.73v which worried me. So I pulled out two multimeters to check the voltage, note these are crap $5 or $10 multimeters. This is what I got:

Mobo:
12v: 11.90
5v: 4.73
3.3v: 3.23

Crappy multimeter 1:
12v: 12.12
5v: 4.98
3.3v: 3.31

Crappy multimeter 2:
12v: 11.99
5v: 4.93
3.3v: 3.29

So which one do I believe?
