Newegg has a nice shell shocker RIGHT NOW for the Intel 730, 240GB drive
http://www.newegg.com/Special/ShellShocker.aspx?cm_sp=ShellShocker-_-20-167-190-_-11212014_1
$110

vs

Corsair MX100 256GB also for $110

Which should I dump my money on.

The comparisons are nice and all
http://ssd.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-730-Series-240GB-vs-Crucial-MX100-256GB/2031vs2317
But the biggest issue everyone had with the 730 is the price, but if its shellshocker for basically half off, kinda worth it? Intel 730 also has a 5 year warranty......

I'd go for the MX100 unless you really want the warranty, lower power usage and lower heat.

IMHO the only SSD's worth paying a premium for as of now are Samsung drives. If you're looking for the most space at the best price the MX100 is the choice. The SSD benchmarks are at the point of bragging rights for 99% of SSD owners.
