Any reccomendations for best thermal compound? Im replacing very old artic silver 5 on an overclocked Q6600 G0 at 3.6ghz.
 
Do you have a link from a reputable vendor for the Shin Etsu Catalyst? thanks a bunch.
 
just tried the MX-3. Its about 3-4c better then AS5 with my chip.
 
Is MX4 better than MX3? Was planning to stop by svc.com to pick up some thermal compound but they have MX4 at a lower price than the MX3???

MX4 was meant to provide similar performance to MX3 with a lower price (also they supposedly made it easier to work with).
