which test for prime/memtest, confused..

Hey guys, got a e8400 planning to oc to 3.6 on a p5q pro.

Now which prime95 test do I run? graysky's sticky says large ffts but people at xtremesystems say blend.

What about memtest, run all test overnight?

anyone? sorry if my question dumb/obvious? found this thread http://forums.anandtech.com/message...readid=2194699&highlight_key=y&keyword1=prime that is saying large ffts are better so blend would be the best choice since it test both?
