I've seen some people's wires on here covered in aluminum, and I assume electrical tape will work well for wires coming off my psu and my ide's, but i'm not sure. Right now I'm using clear masking take(the packaging kind) and i haven't killed anything yet, but it's shiny, which is annoying, and I'm not sure if the tape will interfere with anything. So besides going out and buying rounded cables or a modular power supply, does anyone have a good suggestion for holding my wires together?
 
Zip ties are better than tape.

Or if you can get it.. I also like using the 3m hook & loop fastner (velcro straps) Looks nice.. is easily adjustable and easily removable. No residue left behind...
 
I hate zip ties, since i can never get them off without scissors, but velcro straps is something i never would've thought of. Good idea, thx.
