which Ram is better for overclocking ???

i have a choice of
Corsair TWIN2X2048-6400C4 2GB Kit DDR2-800 XMS2-6400 Xtreme Performance Memory
Crucial Technology Ballistix BL2KIT12864AA804 2GB kit DDR2-800 PC2-6400 Memory

which ram will overclock better ???
I have E6400 and gigabyte DS-3, and Zalman CNPS 9500 LED cpu heatsink
 
can any one please tell me their bios setting for gigabytep965-ds3 for the overclocked CPU

every system is different. you might be able to just copy someone else's settings, but an ideal overclock is one tailored for you system, that puts it near the maximum overclock... ;)

That is true :) If I could be of any help, I just set the first 4 most important timings @ 4/4/4/12, and left the other settings @ AUTO. Set my Vdimm to +0.4 (still dont know what Voltage im at though) and all seems to be ok running @ 458MHz FSB (916mhz)
