Which PSU Should I Use?

I'm putting together a new system and am wondering which PSU to use. I have an Allied 500w that came with the new case, and the PSU that's currently being used in my system, an Antec BU-500P. The Antec is a few years old, will it still work in my new system? The specs are:

E8400
Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3L
Gigabyte 8800GT
2GB Crucial DDR2
WD 640GB SATA
