Hello,

I'm trying to spend under $200 (after all California taxes) on an LCD and have found these two guys to meet this requirement:

$227 - $40 Rebate = $188 Envision EN-7600

OR

$216 - $20 Rebate = $196 Videoseven V7 W17PS

I've linked to the specs, clearly price isn't much different between the two, neither has a DVI connector unfortunately :( Thanks in advance for the help

Howdy local 909er. I hate to rain on your parade, but I don't think it's worth moving to a LCD for gaming, or graphical purposes if it doesn't have DVi.

Backing up for a second, why do you want to buy a LCD screen in the first place? If it's for mom and pop and is just supposed to be thin and look pretty (the bezel etc not the panel) then please disregard this counter-question.

(out of the two listed I suppose I'd go with the envision)
 
It is intended for internet browsing, movie viewing, word processing/office work, maybe an occasional older game (like the Sims, Rollercoaster Tycoon)
