ive got a choice between the func 1030 http://www.crazypc.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=120199&Product_Code=49150

or the everglide ricochet http://www.bigfootcomputers.com/Mer...=CTGY&Store_Code=Bigfoot&Category_Code=140.50

the func i have to get it shipped from michigan, and im in toronto, so shipping is a very steep $11, for a total price of $31.15USD (~$40CDN), as compared to the price on the ricochet which ends up being about $35CDN. so the difference is really only about $5 between the ricochet and the func.

so, which one should i get? everyone praises the func, but i havent seen much on this ricochet, but it seems like a solid pad. then again, the same was said about the ratpadz gs and that thing just flopped like a whore, wore out way too quickly.
i need something that'll last a good solid year at the least.

so, input plz. thx.

well i have a ratpad and i haven't had any problems w/ mine for the 6+ months i've been using it. i don't use teflon tape, i don't use pledge or anything at all on it.

anyhow i would say go w/ the cheaper one. before i used the ratpad i used a 5 dollar cloth mousepad that's almost as good so...

yeh, most likely thats what i'll end up getting......

next week tho, gotta wait for the cash to come in ;)
