Which is better?

It may seem miniscule, but I cannot decide (I have no other options but these two due to my opty maxing out and RAM maxing out) between these:

Option 1:
CPU = 2600MHz
RAM = 290MHz

Option 2:
CPU = 2750MHz
RAM = 275MHz

I know my RAM can go up to 290 and i feel like its being shorted by not going up that high. Should I sacrifice 150MHz on the CPU to go up 150MHz on the RAM? or no? Which would be more important for gaming?

What are good tests to find out which is better?

for mem and cpu benchmarking for gaming i always use aquamark3

Option 2, take mhz over mem speed anyday with A64 systems.
