I've got an AMD64 3400+ and its running pretty hot, peaks of mid 50's, idles of low-mid 40's. I'm still running the stock heatsink. I want to get a new heatsink but I don't know which one to buy. Anyone have any suggestions? Thermalright XP-90C, Zalman? Thanks.

The XP-90C will outperform the Zalman 7000B-Cu. The regular XP-90 will match the copper Zalman, but weigh significantly less.

Pair the XP-90/C up with a medium-speed Panaflo and you'll be good.

the panaflo high output fan...anyone have any idea how much louder it is than the medium volume? THANKS

for s939 i'd say Akasa evo33 / AK913. -11 degrees c than the reference at lowest speeds, and when turned up it's something like -15/17
