So i'm currently using the Venomous X-RT.It came with a Thermalright 1300rpm 50CFM fan.I found it to be slow and couldn't push much air through the HSF.So i'm looking for another fan to replace it,also replace my front intake fan (CM 1200rpm) aswell.
I like those with blue LED,and i can't think of anything beside the following:

->I had one of those on my old CM Hyper 212.Seems to be a decent fan with 69CFM and 19dBa but after 2 years,2 LEDs was dead.

->70CFM with 31dBa.
So which one should i take?Do you guys have any other suggestions?The noise is not a big problem as long as they're under 35dBa,since my rear Delta fan produces roughly 40dBa or more.
