Which drive is faster?

Hello all, long time no post.

I am looking to buy a new hard drive and I'm wondering what drive would be the faster of the three.

I currently own this drive. Would the above drives out perform this one? This is mostly my main concern.

Probably the 320 GB. I would get this drive though:

Single 320 GB platter. Cool, quiet, and fast. You might also look at the 640 GB version if you don't mind spending $5 more:

Its generally considered the best value in consumer drives right now, its what I'm using. Very fast and quiet.

Ok thank you. I will probably end up going with the 640gb. not that much more than the 320 . Thanks for the input.
