Enclosed? or Open Floormount?
The open ones that bolt to the floor are cheap and usually the best place to get them is to call a local cabling company (that cables whole buildings with Cat5).
The Enclosed ones are usually what are used to house comptuers, and are available new from most larger comptuer vendors (CDW etc).. But the cheapest place to get them is actually a comptuer recycling place.. the design and size of them have not changed in decades, and a place like that will alway have several they will be happy to sell you. I got 3 this way, and the most I paid for one was $60, when new they are ~$1000 Sure they say Compaq or Sun on the side of them, but who cares?
