I've been looking around the internet for a few tips as to where I can begin on 'studio work' with video cameras for filming and eventually shifting to production, post-production, and graphics (not consumer-grade, but on par with ones such as the Red, EX-1, etc).

Does anyone know of any good resources where I can read up on / places I can start at? I'm pretty just asking: Is there a flashkit for DV recording, production, and graphics work (not Photoshop - i'm thinking Maya & After Effects)?
