Where Could I get?

I'm planning on updating my system by the end of the year but would like some more juice out of my computer.. but I don't want to kill it.

I can only get to 3.4 and while clicking and moving things in windows and it freezes up on me and while playing games....!

Would upping ram voltage by +.1 help?

Options on ram are +.1 +.2 +.3

Cpu volts stock 1.535(Norm) up to 2.0

kingston 3500 (217?) If I got over 217 on the fsb menu, will it automatically run a divider or no?

I hope to reach atleast 3.5 GHz 16x219 or 220.
