whats wrong with my Overclocking/underclocking?

whats wrong here?!?! when i underclock my temps go up...when i overclock my temps go down!...is there something wrong with that?....

btw i have a 6800GT flashed to ultra so wheat im guessing is the 1.3 volts to 1.4 volt difforence..and when not OCed it gets hotter....is that whats going on?
 
I am wondering the same thing :) my ultra... if i leave at stokc.. the temp is 40c..when i underclock past 351... the temp goes to 48... :confused:

someone give an answer!
 
Because you are making you card go too slow and its stuffing up.
When my friend underclocked his 9800pro, it started artifacting.
 
lol..ok...thnx for the response hehe..I guess i'll stick with OVERclocking :p

no, no 3d programs..thats what i was so concered about, cause the temps were getting so high when i underclocked!
