Whats The diffrence?? or are they the same??

They are the same card, but the one with two fans runs a bit hotter than the one with the single fan. Either one will work fine though.

could i overclock if i bought a aftermarket fancooler? or if i plan on overclocking (in future) should i just bite the bullet and go for the songle fan model.

is the one that runs cooler worth the extra 50-60 bux?

Only if you are going to overclock and don't want to install a 3rd party cooler. Because you could always buy an aftermarket NV5 silencer for cheaper than that.

If you are going to run it stock out of the box, its not worth the extra money at all.

Thanks so much guyz!! gunna go with the dual fan setup one, when the card becomes outdated in the future ill upgrade the cooler to a NV5 to overclock, anyhow i dont think this card cant handel any game thats out right now at some nice resolutions so i think ill be fine until more videocard hungry games start to surface in the future. Thanks again
