Keep the res in front of the pump, the rest doesn't matter. Keep the tubing length to a minimum and you'll be fine. Really, just about any way you set it up with give you very nice temps.

Is the normal answer if you're not doing something weird, get the coolest water to the CPU.

I'd rather get the cooler water to my GPU first, since it operates a good 10C higher than the CPU.

personally, i'm going to go res>pump>radiator>gpu>cpu>res.
 
ITs been proven time and again that as long as the res is before the pump it makes no apreciable difference how u arrange it beyond that. Do whatever works the best for keeping ur tubing to a minimum, which actually does make a difference.
