What's a good RTF reader (freeware) that allows 1 bookmark?

What do you people use? it's meant for a 10" tablet

I have a viewer, such as WordPad, but I have to manually type in a code like ====== as a bookmark. But I have to go to keyboard mode

and I need the above for multi-language as well

In those amazon tablet, you can push a button and the tablet book mark that page. So you can go back to it at a later day

How hard is it to have something like this in PC? shareware or freeware?
