The Plot thickens,

So, I was a little unhappy with my 2001FP purchase and I requested a return the same day that I recieved it. All of this is mentioned in my post in one of the other topics. However, I get an email from Dell today stating that they're very sorry and that they hope the replacement makes me happy. REPLACEMENT!?!?!?!?! I requested a damn return for refund and now another 2001fp is on it's way overnight. WTF! Not only that, according to my order status I've been charged again for the monitor --- WITHOUT THE 25% OFF !!!! WTF again! Anyone got any advice on the matter?? All I can hope is that dell makes a mistake somewhere and I'll have a free monitor - but at this point, this is all just a big damn hassle.
 
No my first replacement was billed out at full retail but they issued me a credit for it at full retail my 3rd replacement which I kept was billed out at $585 but I am sure it will be credited at that amount also!So sit back relax it is going to be ok!!
 
So you're saying that after the numerous replacements, they actually charged you less that $600 in the end??
 
on the order status it says they charged $990, but they actually didn't. That's just how their orderstatus system works. Even when they give you free items, it comes up as a amount charged.

After you get your replacement, you'll get an invoice soon with the amount due. It will say that as long as you return the defective monitor within 10 days, you don't have to pay the price.
