I have question

I have a viewsonic 2025dwr and I also got a niko 26inch lcd

how come when I play my xbox360 games on the niko lcd tv it looks so much better than on the viewsonic 2025?

I assume the 26" is a 720p set which is one of the 360's default ouputs. On the other hand the 2025vx has to scale because default is 1680x1050

well actually on the viewsonic I am using 1280*1024 I am using vga

and on the niko 26inch lcd tv I am using 1080i on component

I bet the colours look washed out via VGA right?

I thought vga was suppose to be better than component?

and I thought lcd > hdlcdtv?

A good HDTV will always beat a TFT since thats what the games/console was designed for.
