If you had Box #1 in my sig, what would you upgrade on it?
 
Ya your video card is the only thing that might be dated. After that if your mobo supports you could go for SATA HD/raid but thats a pain to upgrade.
 
I'd upgrade the burners to the latest and greatest Plextors, except you don't really need to do anything because your rig kicks ass already.

You could move the current burners into Box # 2.

The big, big upgrade would be to a dually motherboard!
