mom is giving me 200 bucks for christmas and i have a pci-e motherboard so here is what my opions are....

sell my card her give me 200 and i take 100 out of my own and get a 6800 ultra

or

Sell my motherboard, get a sli compadible motherboard and with that 200 get another 6600gt and sli them.

Which should I do for speed wise?

get the Ultra is faster then SLied 6600GTs and an dual PCI-e board for P4 doesnt exsist yet

I'd just save it. The performance increase going from a 6600GT to a 6800Ultra is hardly worth an extra $300. I'd say wait for another generation of cards then sell the 6600GT and take the $300 and buy a brand spankin' new card.

Middle of next year?

At this point, it's just guesses... Neither ATI nor Nvidia have announced anything.
