What licensing do you get with the Vista copy that comes in the "Intel Edge" bundle?

My friend is offering me his intel edge bundle for $300 but is the Vista copy you get OEM or Retail licensing? maybe its neither. I want to know before i give him the money.

It is OEM, and I believe you are not suppose to sell any parts from the Intel program for one year, it is in the terms.
