What is this?

Wow great reading. Its a fan controller that uses termal probes to adjust fan speed.
 
I know what it does. I was just asking because it was the first time I had seen it. It's just a goofy little glowing pyramid that sits in your case. I thought it was a creative concept. Sorry if my title was misleading.
 
I used one of these for about 2 weeks. I wasn't really impressed. Go get yourself a real fan controller.
