Can someone explain to me what it is? I hear it is linked to helping cures to diseases or something. If it is, and all I need to so is let a program do work on my computer I am fine with that. I used to run a NASA program to search for stars or something. What is it and if it helps find something useful, how do I use it.
 
I will be more then happy to dedicate a few machines to Folding. Sounds like a good cause. I have a few machines and a server that might be able to run it.

Excellent, it runs on Mac OSX. I will run it on 4 machines on my network. I hope I have enough bandwidth :rolleyes:
 
it takes very very little bandwidth... only when it sends and recv's stuff will it need to use the net

We were joking on that part, once you stay here for awhile you develop a wild sense of humor. Just beware the reach-through by our Moose and our very own Queen Mary. In our minds Marty9876 is anyones queen for the people at the top of the folding ranks.

i am running as many as 9-10 machines on one dsl network and there is no noticeable slow down.
