dumb question i know, but what is folding?
 
Not to seem rude but take a look at the 3 sticky threads at the top lots of great info there.

short version, it is a project invovling folding protiens and misfolding them to try to find a cure for cancer, altimerz(cant spell) mod cow stuff (told you cant spell) and has had major papers published in renowned magizines like nature and won other awards. it is a Distributed Computing project much in the like of SETI but this is a medical project!

Hope this helps alittle if you understand a damn word i said since im not sure i did lol

Looks as though you have 3+ Ghz of folding goodness to add to the task.
Download the client and start folding 24/7. And don't forget to set the Team as 33.
Then, recruit a friend, and so on...
