Sorry, relatively new at overclocking and I've hit a bit of a rut on my Pentium D 820 (2.8) at around 3.3GHz. Temperatrues have jumped.. well.. 0%. Could this be a voltage issue? I think it was around 1.37 or so when it started going unstable. Is this bad or do you think I can press it a little more?

Pentium D 820
Arctic Freezer 7 Pro
Antec Smartpower 2.0 400W PSU
Asus P5LD2 motherboard
160GB EIDE Hard Drive
512MBx2 DDR2-533 Corsair Value Select RAM
MSI Radeon X800 Pro

stock 1.25 isn't it? I'd say you should be able to do 1.4-1.45 depending whether your temps are within spec, though I'd say wait for someone with an 820d to chime in about that. Kirbyrj has one I believe...you could always PM him.

Are you running 1:1 with your RAM? Could be a RAM issue if you're overclocking it.

Guess I'll have to do that.

I'm lazy so I've been using Asus' automatic profile overclocking from the BIOS. It looks like it pushes the RAM further as well.
