Here's my system setup.

P4 3.0C
Abit IC7
1 gig (2x512) of ocz platinum
aiw x800xt
Antec 400w power supply

watercooling:
copper base TDX block
eheim 1250
black ice extreme radiator
sunon 120mm fan
1/2 id tubing, ill do 7/16 tygon soon enough.
i also plan to watercool the nb/video as well.

it's an extremely basic watercooling setup, i had only done it to get higher overclocks, and run a cooler cpu. system idle is at 41c, load is 50. my question is, why can't i get past 3.6ghz? It boots on 3.75 fine, and the temps are still 43-50, but it hard locks within minutes, or the system will just reboot. I have the pci/agp ratio locked, ddr is at 3:2,(not sure if it should be at that, suggestions are helpful.)

i just dont understand what the problem is, i've seen plenty of 3.7+'s here, as well as click has that 3.0c at 3.8 on air. what have i done wrong? what should my voltages be at? is my power supply to blame? thanks for the help.

what's your current cpu voltage? my 2.8e does 3.5 @ 1.5125 volts.
And do you have enough cooling on your pwm?
