what does pixel accuracy mean PRAD

I think I know but I hoping for confirmation. In the prad review of the Benq EW2740l (used google translation) http://www.prad.de/new/monitore/test/2014/test-benq-ew2740l-teil8.html they say in the table that at resolutions of 720p and 1080p also has pixel accuracy what does this mean?

Thought as much any chance you would know if the iiyama xb2783sub supports this via HDMI it wasn't made clear in the prad review.

It means the pixels are in the right place.
They didnt put them on the cable or in the stand. Not easy to get wrong, but some mfrs cant keep an eye on their staff.
