What Cooling Should I Use?

here are a few of the specs i am building on to my pc i just though this is going to poduce alot of heat what would you say the best option for trying to keep this system cool?

Custom watercooling. Either 120.2 heatercore or 120.3 BIX, pump like the D5, TDX or Storm G4 CPU block, throw in a GPU block if you want, use the thick tubing.
