what a difference! still need help though..

Last night, I posted a question about why my 3dmark2005 score was so low.. today I put in the new 6800 card and the score only went up marginally.. then I unlocked the 8 extra pipes and the vertex shaders and the score went up to 2493..

with the 6200 card, I had a score of 1520
after unlocking 4 pipes it went to 1522 (whoopee)

after installing the 6800 card, it went to 1670 (I expected more)
after unlocking the pipes and vertex shaders it went to 2493

Anything else I should try?
 
nice! that sounds about right. you could push it higher, but i doubt you'd see much in game difference.
