Since the westinghouse 37" does not come with a tuner I am looking to purchase one for it. The problem is I don't know which is better: Getting a tuner card for my PC/watching on computer or getting a tuner for the actual TV. Any recommendations would help a lot.

Just make sure if you get Comcast (or any other cable company for that matter) that you get the HD digital box.. the regular digital cable won't hook up to that TV, unless you hooked it up to a Super VHS VCR or DVD player that had S-Video out or HDMI. There is no coax hookup on it.

yea i just got my tvand ordered a HDTV box. I just have to wait till the 11th to get it though

Get a box from your cable company or satellite provider. You'll get all the encrypted digital channels and pay channels, plus you can just output from the cable box in HD if you get an HD cable box, and put it directly to the monitor. Make sure the cable box has composite or svideo for standard cable, or component/dvi/hdmi if its an HD box.
