there's a lady in my office who's having a weird problem on her desktop computer and asked me since I'm "the computer geek."
Spontaneously (or so she says) between instances of running Word 2002, the FILE drop-down menu has gone AWOL. She still has Edit, View, et al.
I messed around with trying to add it back manually, but can't even find it in the customization tools.
She stil has the graphic functionality buttons (the blank page, open folder, floppy disk icons), so she can still work, but I'm stumped as to why this happened and how to fix it.
BTW, I *have* removed any/all spyware and other malware from her computer and that's not fixed it. And, Google hasn't turned anything up. That's why I'm here.
