Ok, I'm running this with a Abit Siluro ti4200. Cooling is not the problem for a fact, this actually seems to happen more when the room is very, very cold (<50F). Anyway, when I leave the computer alone for a while, it'll turn it's monitor off if it is set to do so. All is fine and good...but when I power back on, I am greeted with a white screen whereupon I must reboot my PC to get functionality. If I disable monitor off, the system will run stable for WEEK without crashing. However, as little as an hour with the monitor off can cause trouble. Also, I know that the trouble starts as the monitor is powering back on (event log). What's going on here?

Thanks in advance.

Edit: A little prodding with the multimeter shows that some of my rails are quite low...3.2 on the 3.3v line, 4.7 on the 5v line...could this be a problem?
