Weird video card bootup problem.

I have a Gateway SX2110G that I have installed an XFX Radeon HD6570 card in. The card performs great, and really boosted my FPS in all of my Steam games, making many more recent games like Skyrim playable. However, I cannot get a display until Windows boots up. Neither my monitor or television detects a signal until the Windows signin screen. I have tried HDMI, DVI, and Analog outputs to no avail. I had to remove the video card to get to the BIOS, however, with no video card installed the BIOS will not let me disable onboard video. I reduced the frame buffer to 32MB to free up as much RAM from the onboard card as possible, but if I clone my hard drive (like I did when I upgraded from a 500GB to 1TB) obviously not having a display until I am in a Windows environment is a huge issue.

I am running Windows 8.1, and I know the bios has UEFI, but I have secure boot disabled. Any ideas what is going on?

Figured it out after a couple hours of fumbling. I kept overlooking setting called CSM. Once it was enabled, I could see my BIOS again. Never had anything happen like this before, but I am still new to these UEFI setups.
