Weird sound when playing video

When playing video, I can hear a this weird sound... I guess i can describe it as a squibble or maybe like a electrical sound.

Is this because I use onboard sound? Is this because my motherboard messes with the audio signal?

are you connecting the headphones using the front panel jacks of your case connected to your onboard audio? if that's the case.. then it may be caused by bad cables/hardware from the case.. i have the same antec p182 case and i can hear noise/squeaking when i move my mouse wheel when i connect my headphones to the front panel jacks

Uhm nope. I have it through the back inputs.
