Has anyone else experienced the frame time on the 600 point GROMACS increasing toward the end of the unit? Overnight yesterday it was averaging on 50 odd minutes a frame, and now is up to 1 hour 40, after about 12 hours unattended. Theres nothing else running, and hasnt been either.

I've not noticed anything weird? my frame times on my P4 2.66s are almost always in the 45-50 range.... and my 2.4C @ 3.0 is usually around 54-56 (unless I'm gaming)... and I haven't seen a big one go through my Sempron or AthlonXP 2000+ recently so I couldn't tell you...... but I haven't seen an increase in time near the end of the unit........

is F@H using 100% of the processor? or is something else grabbing it?

Keep on Folding!!

No, theres definately nothing else on. Cant wait to get paid, gotta get me some of teh prescott goodness.

Oddly enough restarting the pc fixed the error. back down to 44 minutes now.

I've noticed some weird things after I try to OC, like the frames doubling in time required.
