whats a good webcam i can buy for under 60 bucks? I'd like one that is clear.
 
Logitech webcams have alwayed been good to me...
 
If you have a digital camcorder you can connect that to your computer and it will be 10x better than any webcam. Try it if you have one, It works pretty well.
