I am trying to capture a Windows XP image with WDS on Server 2008 R2 and its not detecting a volume to capture. I am creating the image in VMware Workstation 7, then I use Sysprep to reseal the image, boot into WDS and it doesnt detect any volumes to capture. Anyone have an ideas?

Your capture image probably does not have the proper drivers for the VMWare hardware. You'll probably have to look at injecting the drivers into the capture image.

Yep thats what my conclusion is coming to. I am injecting them via DISM as we speak. Hopefully this works.

Anyone know what network drivers VMware Workstation uses? I try extracting the ones out of the VMware Tools folder and no success. I got the SCSI driver working to detect the drive, just can't seem to find the drivers the network adapter uses.
