I am going to be putting together a watercooling system in a Lian Li Pc V2000B and need a 3 120mm fans for my radiator. Are these good fans. http://www.frozencpu.com/fan-157.html And are the stock lian li fans quiet enough because If not I'll get 5 of those instead of 3.

That fan will move a helluva lotta air, but it wont do it quietly, look at the rated noise. You want to get an L1A or M1A, or perhaps put that fan on a rheobus. Other quiet fans are silenX and TN will be on here when she wakes up telling you about these new "acoustifans" from germany or somewhere that are supposedly quite nice (haven't tried em myself so I will let her tell you more about them).

on the plus side, the panaflo U1A fans under-volt very nicely.

i agree with the eramus in that, especially with a 3 fan rad, there is absolutely no reason that you need something so powerfull.

you might also want to take a look at some AFB series delta fans.

What about these http://www.frozencpu.com/fan-159.html. Noone answered my question. Should I replace My case Fans too.

these fans are worthless, they push NO air whatsoever. They came in my stacker and I had to replace them with something that actually did something.

like these Delta badboys which are relatively quiet on the lowest setting of the fan controller. I have a few leftover if you want em :D

I recommend the Nexus or the Acousit-Fan from the page I recommended before (same manufacturer, different models) just depends on your preferences.

The ones I and a few others on this board are using is the AcoustiFan products. The model I like the best is the AFDP-12025B and is dustproof. Not a cheap fan by any means of the imagination, but it is one hell of a fan IMHO. At 12 Vdc you get about 56 CFM at 24.7 Db and at 5 Vdc you get about 25 CFM at less than 10 Db! It also starts reliably at 5 volts so if you are doing water temp monitoring and fan speed adjustments via hardware/software it is really quite reliable. The version I am using is in basic black and is considerably stronger than the clear plastic version. I think it puts out more air at 7.5 Vdc than the Papst fans do at 12 Vdc. I believe these fans are limited distribution in the USA, but I got mine from Sharka. I use three of these in my current V2000B build.
