Well first thing's first, here's my system:
Loop Order:
MCRES-MICRO => Hydor L35 (450GPH, 80" Head) => '77 Bonneville Heatercore w/o AC (with 2 120mm fans) => MP-05 SP w/ N03 Accelerator Plate => MCW50 => MCRES-MICRO
So basically:
Reservoir => Pump => Radiator => CPU Block => GPU Block => Reservoir
Coolant: MCT5
Components being cooled:
CPU: AMD64 3400+ (S754 Newcastle)
GPU: 6600GT
Temperatures:
CPU: 33C Idle, 45C load
GPU: 41C Idle, 44C load
The load temperature for the CPU is reached very quickly (within 10-20 seconds) and the radiator feels fairly close to room temperature. This leads me to believe that there's something wrong at the CPU block.
Is the pump I'm using providing enough flow for the system I have? How restrivitive is the heatercore?
Any comments/suggestions would be great.
