I am thinking of adding a peltier element to my WC setup. So how much will a 110W peltier drop my temps ?

I found a 110W peliter on ebay for 8.99US$. I'm still looking for a psu for it though.

Anyone know of any DIY guides on adding a pelt to a WC setup? like if you need a cold plate and the insulation?
