Ok i have the Lian Li PC-75 with
6 enermax adjustable fans installed, 2 intake front, 2 intake rear (at proc), 2 exaust top (above PSU)
92mm tornado on Heatsink

My ambient temps are about 5 degress F over room temp at the top of the case
CPU runs at around 49C (120F) at max load at around 30C (85F) room temp
To me that seems quite good

So would water cooling be worth the money (if i go im going ALL OUT)
Noise isnt a real issue to me, but thats seems like the only reason for me to switch at this point cause none of my components are limited by heat...
Probably would spend around $300 on a custom setup

unless you're doing it strictly for fun(which is what I did), only 2 reasons I see for watercooling.

1. you want to reach an overclock you can't on air(doesn't seem to apply to you).
2. you want a quieter pc(also doesn't apply).

Unless you want to start overclocking, I don't think it's worth it for you to switch at this point. A WC setup would be quieter than what you have currently, but if you don't mind the noise, it's fine.

Well W/Cing is worth it. It will drop that load temp, no need for that many fans, quiter, but yu do not need to spend 300$, 150-200Max will do nicely.
